Delivery area

We deliver everywhere in Morocco.

Order confirmation

After you place your order, we contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the size and address before shipping. No package ships without confirmation.

Delivery times and fees

Delivery time: 24 to 72 hours.

Delivery fee: free.

Payment

Cash on delivery, paid to the courier when you receive your package.

Exchanges

We don't take returns, but you can exchange a piece (for another size, for example).

To exchange, contact us after delivery on WhatsApp 06 90 42 14 53, e-mail losizzest014@gmail.com or Instagram @los.izzest.014, with your order number. The piece must be unworn and in the condition you received it.

This doesn't affect your legal right of withdrawal (see the Terms of sale).
